Platform Overview
Advance is a cloud-based business enablement platform built around three powerful modules. You can use any one independently or combine all three for a fully connected business management experience.
Create Your Account
Getting started takes less than two minutes. Click Get Started on the homepage and follow the signup flow. No credit card is required for your trial period.
info Tip: Use your work email address so your colleagues can be easily matched to your organisation when you invite them later.
- Enter your name, work email, and a secure password.
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link we send you.
- You'll be taken directly to the onboarding wizard to set up your organisation.
Choose Your Modules
During onboarding you'll select which modules your business needs. You are not locked in , modules can be added or removed from your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Configure Your Workspace
Once your modules are selected, configure your workspace to match your business structure. Each module has its own settings area accessible from the main navigation.
Invite Your Team
Advance is designed for teams. Head to Settings → Team Members to invite colleagues by email. Each invitation includes a link to create their account and join your organisation automatically.
shield Roles: Assign one of three built-in roles , Admin, Editor, or Viewer , or contact us about custom role configurations for larger teams.
- Admins have full access including billing and settings.
- Editors can create and update records but cannot change settings or billing.
- Viewers have read-only access , great for stakeholders who need visibility without edit access.
